Overview
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (m / f / d) at Flix. This role supports frontline workforce (shop & bus station employees) in Chile, empowers managers, and builds HR foundations for sustainable growth. Reports to Head of People Excellence based in Mexico. Location : Santiago de Chile.
Responsibilities
- Advise, consult and support leaders on key people processes and end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, compensation, talent development, etc.
- Drive organizational development and change initiatives; support workforce planning, leadership development, and succession management.
- Partner with business leaders on strategy execution, internationalization topics, and building a healthy pipeline of talent for regional growth.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees; reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement skills-building programs, facilitate internal training sessions, and establish leadership development initiatives.
- Structure and digitize HR workflows by optimizing systems (e.g., Workday) and driving process automation and knowledge management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Be present at bus stations and stores across Chile to engage with employees, address concerns, and reinforce company culture.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in international or high-growth environments.Experience working with frontline / retail / operational staff.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.Solid knowledge of labor law; compliance experience is a strong plus.Proactive, team-oriented, detail‑oriented with discretion and empathy.Agile mindset and passion to drive change.Willingness to travel up to 25% and visit bus stations / shops in Chile, occasionally to Mexico.What We Offer
