Executive Assistant

WOLF is on the hunt for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help keep the company running at full speed.

WOLF is the platform behind the next generation of staffing companies. We help firms launch their own talent marketplaces — complete with jobseeker apps, client portals, and recruiter tools — all white-labeled and powered by Wolf’s engine.

Position Overview :

We’re seeking a resourceful Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to learn the ins and outs of running a startup. This is a full-time role for someone excited to wear multiple hats and contribute directly to Wolf’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and task list

Coordinate travel and logistics (with a close eye on budgets)

Build and nurture relationships with vendors, clients, and investors

Conduct research and support on high-impact projects

Assist with recruiting (job descriptions, screening candidates)

Ensure nothing slips through the cracks

What You Bring to the Table :

2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or support role

Exceptional organization and time management skills

Google sheets / Excel wizardry

Strong written and verbal communication (fluent English)

Quick learner, adaptable, and energized by new challenges

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a startup setting

Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 PM CST

Bonus Points If You Have :

Previous experience in a startup environment

Basic HTML knowledge
