Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to post-closing follow-up
• Contribute to the regional Sales Plan and identify growth opportunities
• Achieve revenue and market share targets aligned with business goals
• Coordinate with Project Operations for smooth onboarding and execution
• Monitor commercial performance and provide market insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client-focused service delivery
• Manage accounts and ensure compliance with financial KPIs
• Respond to competitor activity and propose tactical actions
• Represent deugro professionally in internal and external settings
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
