Lead Consultant SAP BW

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant – SAP BW to join our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions using SAP BW on HANA, BW / 4HANA, and Native HANA technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP BW solutions on HANA and BW / 4HANA platforms.
• Develop and optimize BW queries, BEx reports, CDS views, and data models.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and enhancements using BIW, Open Hubs, and APDs.
• Integrate reporting tools such as Analysis for Office (AFO) and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycles, including global / regional rollouts, upgrades, and production support.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
