What You Bring

• Solid knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• An analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment, with a passion for identifying improvement opportunities.
• A proactive attitude, always looking for ways to streamline and optimize workflows.
• 5+ years of experience working with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and / or Chile.
• Experience with in‑house payroll processing, Social Security filings, and vendor management is a strong plus.
• Customer‑facing experience, solving problems and guiding clients and prospects through local payroll processes and questions.
• You write and speak fluent English.

Salary

Annual range : $33,300—$37,450 USD. The base salary may be subject to change based on location, transferable or job‑related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
