Senior Specialist, Product Management at Mastercard

The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Product Specialist to support our CA&E – Rewards & Offers products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for Rewards & Offers
- Bring global product to the region, including use cases
- Fuel and understand global roadmap
- Lead Product Localization and GTM
- Manage Studio process (including pricing)
- Close involvement on pilots
- Vendor / partner management
- Act as Regional SME : understand competitive landscape
- Map regional pain points / needs
- Provide training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales
- Measure value and articulate impact

Experience as a product leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growthBusiness acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutionsExperience launching and scaling products in dynamic marketsConsultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narrativesExpertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plansRecognized as a subject matter expertDeep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trendsCreative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teamsGrowth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environmentsInternational and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirableExceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills with a strong focus on results and urgencyAbility to work across geographically diverse teams and culturesStrong analytical skillsFluent in EnglishCorporate Security Responsibility
