Where do you fit in?

The Sr. Manager, Data Management (eCOA) is responsible for working with the Data Analyst team and other internal project team members to provide data management services for our customers to ensure on time and accurate deliverables. Responsibilities include leading a team of clinical data analysts & data entry associates, providing data management guidance to internal project team members and customers; reviewing data management documents; and facilitating / verifying data clarifications and data changes.

• Communicates effectively within a multi-disciplinary project team to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.
• Collaborates across functional groups to address technical issues and escalations impacting quality / efficiency and drives technical initiatives within Data Management.
• Provides data management guidance and communicates with internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of data management activities.
• Provides effective oversight of documentation creation / upkeep, data transfers, data clarifications,data corrections, and external data reconciliationwith external (customer, CRA, site) and / or internal stakeholders.
• Leads process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency / quality, mitigate operations risks, improve team performance, and meet departmental objectives and corporate objectives.
• Ensures strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Instructions and Best Practices; develops and improves these, as needed.
