About the Role

Mandarin Oriental, Santiago is seeking service‑oriented professionals to take on the position of Director of Commerce , whose responsibilities will include :

• Leading the development, implementation, and execution of the hotel’s annual commercial strategy reports, directing the activities of those reporting to you.
• Defining and executing the hotel’s sales strategy in line with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Leading and managing the sales team, ensuring objectives and KPIs are clearly set, tracked, and achieved.

In alignment with the Director of Revenue, establishing the strategic direction of the hotel’s business by balancing financial goals, managing sales segments, and guiding the hotel’s commercial strategies. This will be achieved by :
