ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to own the systems and integrations that power customer acquisition. Your work will make it possible for our growth organization to run A / B tests, launch campaigns, and measure impact with accuracy and speed.

This is a cross-functional role where you’ll connect data, martech, and experimentation frameworks, ensuring that growth and product teams have the tools and insights they need to scale.

This is a high-leverage role where your work directly enables experimentation, decision-making, and customer acquisition. You’ll sit at the center of data and growth, shaping how we test, learn, and scale to reach more customers around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and manage martech tools like Segment, Amplitude, Iterable, and attribution platforms.
• Define and maintain event tracking to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
• Build and support the infrastructure that enables reliable A / B testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to design data-driven campaigns and measure outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues quickly, keeping our experimentation velocity high.
• Automate data flows and tool integrations to streamline customer acquisition workflows.
