The Business Unit Leader will guide the strategic growth of the Santiago offices by leading efforts to identify, capture, and complete projects in markets such as ports, marine terminals, coastal, water resources / stormwater, transportation, energy, environmental, federal, state, local, and urban development.

The ideal candidate will lead the team to :

• Achieve company and client objectives; improve client and employee satisfaction through effective operations;
• Ensure staff management and development;
• Deploy and manage project resources, including subconsultants and vendors;
• Oversee project phases in accordance with company and client requirements;
• Coordinate with practices to identify new markets and office locations within Chile;
• Manage resources and attract top talent for growth and client service.
