Overview

Responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) for metro expansion or modernization projects, ensuring coordination between the Concessionaire, public authorities, and EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
• Define implementation, integration, and constructability strategies.
• Supervise progress reports, schedules, and risk matrices.
• Represent the Concessionaire in negotiations and technical meetings with authorities.
