Overview

Responsable de liderar la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos (PMO) para proyectos de ampliación o modernización de sistemas de metro, coordinando integralmente con el Concesionario, autoridades gubernamentales y contratistas EPC.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la PMO y coordinar stakeholders internos y externos.
• Definir la estrategia de implementación, integración y constructibilidad.
• Supervisar reportes de avance, cronogramas y matrices de riesgo.
• Representar al Concesionario en reuniones técnicas y de negociación con autoridades.
