As part of Teem’s growing technology team, you’ll support a diverse set of users and systems across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our infrastructure, resolving issues, and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support for Windows 10 / 11, MacOS, and Linux systems.
- Support and maintain the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory and Entra.
- Manage basic networking tasks (DNS, DHCP, IP configuration, firewalls, VPNs).
- Assist with VoIP systems and related hardware / software.
- Use command-line tools (PowerShell, Bash, CMD) for diagnostics and automation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders.
Technical Requirements
Experience with Windows 10 / 11 (required), MacOS (required), and Linux (preferred).Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (required).Understanding of networking basics : DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, firewalls, VPNs, and hardware.Experience with VoIP systems.Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra.Experience using command-line interfaces (PowerShell, Bash, CMD).Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Soft Skills & Qualifications
