About The Job
We\u2019re hiring a Senior SEO Strategist to help us elevate the visibility and performance of our behavioral health clients. You\u2019ll be responsible for leading SEO strategy across multiple brands, ensuring every optimization directly ties to meaningful growth.
Strategic Ownership
Lead SEO strategy and execution for 10 to 15 clients.Drive real outcomes—sessions, conversions, admissions, authority, not vanity metrics.Align all initiatives with measurable KPIs and clean, reliable data.Daily Performance Discipline
Monitor dashboards for technical health, rankings, traffic, and conversions.Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimizations.Validate action items, track progress, and ensure ClickUp reflects real-time activity.Partner with PMs, Analysts, Web, and Content teams to implement strategies.Coordinate with Tracking Specialists for accurate attribution.Support Web Core Vitals fixes, technical SEO cleanups, and structured site improvements.Weekly / Monthly Responsibilities
Plan and prioritize focus areas in sync with the VP of Marketing Operations.Lead link-building efforts and on-page improvements.Oversee SEO content briefs and monthly deliverables.Required Skills And Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on SEO strategy and execution.Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink strategy.Experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, and GA4.Proven record of driving measurable performance improvement.Strong collaboration and communication habits (Slack, ClickUp, Zoom).English C2 communications skillsPreferred Qualifications
SEO experience in healthcare or other competitive B2C verticals, such as Legal or Finance.Familiarity with site speed audits, Core Web Vitals, and advanced analytics.Previous work in remote-first, high-performance teams.Compensation And Growth Potential
