We're looking for a Senior Content Creator to help us communicate that mission creatively, consistently, and compellingly.
The Role
As our Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through storytelling, design, and multimedia content. You will take creative direction and strategic brand oversight from Ox Creates (our retained brand partner) and execute a wide range of deliverables, including social media content, marketing videos, event promos, email campaigns, updated branding materials, and internal communications tools.
This is a full-time, offshore role requiring daily overlap with U.S. Central Time Zone hours. You'll work closely with Genesis leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with our brand manifesto, resonates with our audiences, and reflects the noble profession of orthopedic surgery in a modern and accessible way.
Responsibilities
- Translate creative strategy and direction from Ox Creates into high-quality visual and multimedia content.
- Design and produce marketing assets for digital channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, email newsletters, recruitment campaigns).
- Develop and edit compelling short-form and long-form videos, including patient stories, event recaps, and staff features.
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across digital platforms, internal documents, and communications (e.g., email signatures, pitch decks).
- Utilize AI tools for content development where applicable.
- Track and optimize KPIs including content volume, impressions, and campaign-specific outcomes.
- Assist in creative storytelling that resonates with our diverse, community-focused patient base while reflecting the excellence of orthopedic care.
- Provide content support for staff recruitment and internal initiatives
Requirements
Strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing, brand storytelling, and digital designAdvanced proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma)Comfort with emerging tools for AI-generated content and automationExcellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of narrative structure and toneAbility to work independently while taking direction from multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and project-based creative workflowsPreferred
