As a Creative Project Manager at Designity, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact creative projects—from branding and digital campaigns to web builds and content production. You’ll connect the dots between client goals and creative execution, leading cross-functional teams with precision, speed, and a sharp eye for creative quality. You’ll also leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep projects moving faster—so your team can stay focused on what matters most : delivering bold, effective creative work.

Our unique model connects marketing and creative leaders with the top 3% of US-based creative and marketing talent, all led by experienced Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Marketing Strategists. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative projects across branding, campaigns, websites, and digital content—from kickoff through delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to turn client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and actionable creative strategies.
• Manage scope, schedules, and resources across multiple projects to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
• Own client communications—setting expectations, sharing updates, leading reviews, and resolving issues with clarity and confidence.
• Guide creative teams through each phase of work, ensuring alignment, brand consistency, and strategic impact.
• Evaluate in-progress creative against project goals, providing structure and feedback that drives executional quality.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline task management, optimize workflows, and speed up delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks early, and make real-time adjustments to keep work on track.
• Improve processes continuously—identifying gaps in delivery, communication, or structure and implementing smarter solutions.

Requirements

Remuneration package : 50-60k+ USD / year
