Descripción del trabajoUniversity degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering. Fluent English is mandatory. Basic knowledge of Network Design, LLD, and DWDM network implementation (Desirable). In-depth technical knowledge and operational experience with WDM / OTN, SDH equipment from vendors like ZTE, Nokia, Ciena, etc. Preferably familiar with Unix / Linux / Windows Server environments. Knowledge of optical measurement equipment (OSA, Power meter) (Desirable). Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate ideas clearly in writing and orally. Main responsibilities :
- Learn technologies and resolve technical issues proactively. Collaborate with the team to find optimal solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships with a high technical profile and professional approach.
- Coordinate with solution, product, planning, and sales departments as needed.
- Handle support tickets and troubleshoot reported issues promptly. Participate in network incident response during and after operations.
- Perform on-site work as required.
- Communicate with customers and escalate problems to ensure complete resolution.
- Develop plans for new services, integrations, and expansions.
