Overview

Radio Trunking Engineer – Private LTE / 5G & Access Technologies. The Radio Trunking Engineer is responsible for the design, optimization, and integration of radio access systems, including private LTE / 5G networks and trunked communications. This role supports mission-critical deployments in industrial environments, ensuring reliable and secure wireless connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize private LTE / 5G networks for industrial clients (e.g., mining operations).
• Lead interoperability projects involving multi-vendor RAN and Core integration (e.g., Nokia–Ericsson 5G NSA).
• Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of radio access systems.
• Support deployment and configuration of public and private antennas.
• Manage synchronization and paging optimization projects for WCDMA and LTE networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance wireless solutions.
• Lead research and innovation initiatives in new access technologies and IoT.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to project planning and execution.
