FP&A Sr Analyst

Hybrid : This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year) to identify trends, risks and optimize business results.
• Apply financial analysis tools and experience to influence current and future profitability.
• Prepare reporting packages with insight for monthly operating reviews and / or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), anticipating logical questions based on content.
• Operate autonomously in ambiguous, time-sensitive environments.
• Lead the budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP) development.
• Lead financial analysis as a member of cross-functional teams.
• Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analyses to Senior Finance Leadership and key business partners, anticipating questions.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow (e.g., develop new skills, attend training opportunities, network, provide feedback).
• Support regional FP&A activities for the GMSA team and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
