As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in Cloud and AI Apps, you will be at the forefront of transforming how leading Hispanic American enterprises build intelligent applications. You will guide customers through their AI adoption journey, helping them design, build, and scale solutions using Azure, GitHub, and Microsoft’s AI stack. You will influence senior stakeholders, drive strategic technical engagements, and help shape the future of AI-powered innovation in Hispanic America.

Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ overall business and IT priorities and success measures for AI, platform engineering, application modernization, and cloud migration opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by driving feedback into engineering, providing insights on usage and application patterns, and accelerating solution delivery through Architectural Reviews, PoCs / MVP applications, and environment setup.
- Support customer skilling by making recommendations or delivering technical discussions, workshops, and other cloud readiness activities; ensure that solutions meet performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability requirements upon deployment.
- Drive consumption growth (Cloud & Support) by developing opportunities to deliver business results and helping customers derive value from their Microsoft investments; use internal processes for escalations to support and engineering.
- Develop and manage customer / partner relationships to identify and resolve technical blockers, accelerate consumption and solution implementation, and recognize growth opportunities based on product knowledge and customer needs.
- Learn new technologies aligned to customer needs and common patterns in cloud application development; stay current with Azure, AI, and GitHub capabilities, cloud application patterns, and enterprise languages (.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript / Node.js, etc.).
- Share ideas and strategic technical input with internal teams and participate in external technical events; contribute to IP development and process improvements to drive opportunity and acceleration.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud / infrastructure technologies, IT consulting / support, systems administration, network operations, software development.5+ years experience in a customer-facing role.5+ years experience on technical projects.Technical certifications in cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and security certifications.Deep experience in enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructures, DevOps, platform engineering, and solution design; skilled in development with .NET, Java, JavaScript / Node.js, or Python.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience leading end-to-end transformational processes.Preferred Qualifications
15+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation; or corresponding advanced degree combinations.Multiple advanced degrees or doctorates with equivalent professional experience may apply as per job requirements.3+ years experience delivering network designs into production and live site accountability; 1+ year experience developing solutions.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
