Technical Scrum Master, Specialist

Job description Job Title : Scrum MasterLocation : Santiago, Chile (Hybrid / Remote options available)Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and a passion for continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, foster collaboration, and drive agile maturity across the organization.Key Responsibilities : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).Guide teams through Agile practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Remove impediments and foster a productive environment for development teams.Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and agile metrics to stakeholders.Support Agile transformations and coach teams on Agile methodologies.Promote alignment across squads using SAFe and Scrum of Scrums frameworks.Lead workshops on Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, and Agile best practices.Ensure delivery of business value through effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager in Agile environments.Proven experience in Agile transformations and scaling Agile practices.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks : Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Shape Up.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Figma, and Power BI.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.Intermediate English proficiency; Spanish fluency required.Preferred Certifications : Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC)Product Owner Professional Certificate (SPOPC)Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate (KEPC)Soft Skills : Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering real value.Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.Passion for mentoring and empowering teams.Kindly send english profile with net salary expectationsEEOInfosys provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race; color; sex; gender identity; sexual orientation; religious practices and observances; national origin; pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; or disability.
