Overview
Accounts Payable Senior Analyst (AP Senior Analyst) based in Santiago de Chile. Responsible for the Accounts Payable process for the countries and entities assigned to Atlas SSC, ensuring proper management that guarantees the correct receipt of all payment documents, their registration, and the issuance of payments, in compliance with the SLA.
Responsibilities
- Receive all company payment documents through the channels defined by Atlas.
- Register daily all payment documents received, within the agreed SLAs.
- Issue payment payrolls, considering Treasury’s payment dates.
- Issue AP Aging during monthly closing, reporting the reasons for overdue invoices.
- Issue, control, and follow-up of the area’s KPIs.
- Manage the critical supplier portfolio, including periodic confirmations.
- Perform account analysis of accounts associated with the area (Accounts Payable, provisions for invoices to be received, supplier advance accounts, others).
- Record payment documents, assigning them to the corresponding Cost Centers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Close AP modules for the entities under responsibility on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile monthly the Country Invoicing System vs. invoices issued in Oracle for the entities under responsibility.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable with foreign entities and customs agency reconciliation.
- Manage the delivery of payment information to internal clients and suppliers.

5 years of experience in similar positionsProfessional AccountantPower BI (Intermediate) or other BI platformsProject / Task management tools (Asana, Jira, Project, Trello, ClickUp, others)ERP systems : Oracle / SAPExperience working in multinational companies and in the Energy sector is desirableWhat Atlas offers you
