ERP (oracle) Support Specialist (Reemplazo Pre / Post Natal)

Overview

ERP (ORACLE) Support Specialist based in Santiago de Chile. Supports the needs related to the company's ERP system (Oracle Cloud) and works with the business areas to implement solutions and fix problems; acts as the point of contact between users of the systems and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and study functionalities available on the platform to identify opportunities for improvement to implement in current or future processes of the company.
• Provide technical and functional support to ERP users (N1).
• Resolve incidents and evolutions through tickets in the Help Desk, coordinate and derive tickets to N2 (external support), and monitor resolution of tickets globally and resource consumption.
• Customize and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules according to the organization’s needs, maximizing efficiency and utility.
• Data management and analysis within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including extraction, transformation, and information loading.
• Train users and derivatives of tickets, and design and execute the training plan for end users.
