The Role

As a BIM Electrical Specialist, you will create accurate BIM models for Electrical trade. Your role involves reviewing specifications and design information to ensure constructible and high-quality models. You will work autonomously, identifying and resolving conflicts during the modeling process and ensuring the final product meets client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in :

• Mission-Critical Projects , such as data centers.
• Electrical Installations for residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

️ Modeling and Design : Develop accurate electrical models using relevant software. Utilize Revit or similar tools where applicable.

Review and Analysis : Analyze project documents, such as discipline specifications and submittals, to ensure high-quality, accurate, and constructible designs.

️ Conflict Resolution : Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the modeling process and throughout project coordination to meet client requirements.

Experience : At least 6 years of experience in electrical design and modeling

️ Software Skills : Revit or AutoCAD experience is highly desirable.

️ Experience working on field and Familiarity with NEC Standards.

Education : A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Language Skills : A proficient or advanced level of English is required.
