About the Role
This role acts as the single point of accountability for preparing all GTM teams to confidently sell, implement, support, and drive adoption of our IT product vertical. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Functional Enablement (Sales, CS, OBM, Support), Instructional Design, and Customer Education to ensure that all teams fully understand and effectively apply all product functionality, updates, and best practices in ways that drive measurable business impact.
