Product Analyst
Possible Locations : LATAM, ideally Santiago, Chile.
Impact you will make
As a Product Analyst , you’ll be the connector between our business operations and technical teams – the person who turns ideas into action. Your mission : dig into data, uncover insights, and ensure our platforms run seamlessly while championing smarter, more efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor platform performance through automated reports and dashboards, identify data inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Lead comprehensive testing processes including UAT coordination, test script development, and cross-functional testing initiatives. Manage testing environments and coordinate with development teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Analyze current business processes, create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, measure process efficiency, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Maintain project tracking systems, prepare regular status reports, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Triage platform issues, create detailed user stories and bug reports in Jira, coordinate with development teams for resolution, and provide ongoing support to internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable development tasks, and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications and user guides.
- Work closely with UX / UI teams on design requirements, coordinate with various departments to ensure platform adoption, and serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking systems, conduct regular audits of platform usage, and provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a technology product–oriented role, including leading development sprints and managing projects with Jira and Confluence.Proven experience implementing new technology systems and processes within existing organizations.Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase, SQL, BI platforms).Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and sprint management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify patterns.Exceptional communication skills (fluent English, written and spoken) , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results on deadlines.Experience with testing processes, UAT coordination, and quality assurance methodologies.Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust to changing priorities.Logistical Requirements
