Experience leading cross-functional, large-scale projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project tracking / reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, Smartsheet, etc.). Consulting background (strategy or transformation). Financial services or banking experience. Proven ability to influence senior / executive stakeholders.
Title : Senior Project Manager
Location : 4101 Wiseman Blvd Bldg 108, San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Pay Rate : Up to $67 / hour (W2 Contract)
Job Type : Contract
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives for the Global Operations Book of Work. In this role, you’ll drive large-scale change, ensure compliance with enterprise change management, and work closely with leadership to deliver impactful, long-term solutions within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise-level projects across Global Operations.
- Drive execution, planning, and risk management for cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to align on priorities.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise change management and governance standards.
- Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
