Data Migration Consultant

Data Migration Consultant role focused on ensuring accurate and efficient data migration to SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will manage the end-to-end migration process, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills and a solid understanding of SuccessFactors data structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data migration processes to SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF).
• Understand data tables and fields, oversee cleansing, mapping, and transfer of data from legacy systems to SSFF.
• Collaborate with the internal migration team to ensure accurate extraction and delivery of data.
• Align closely with the integration team to maintain data consistency and integrity.
• Review and provide feedback on migration plans, tools, and methodologies.
• Document processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate internal efforts and act as a liaison with key users for validation, planning, and execution of the data strategy.
