YOUR MISSION : Responsibilities

• Coordinar el proceso de capacitación y desarrollo de los equipos de retail.
• Coordinar programas y herramientas de capacitación según la estrategia establecida.
• Analizar los resultados de los programas de entrenamiento tanto locales como globales, en términos de resultados de ventas y KPIs.
• Encausar y hacer seguimiento de programas de e-learning en los equipos de tiendas.
• Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a programas de inducción para nuevos Store Managers y Assistant Store Managers y también participar en las aperturas de nuevos locales.
• Colaborar con pares de otras regiones y países para mantener un intercambio constante de best practices y conocimientos.
