Kojo is remote-first, with team members working from home across North and South America. This is an entirely remote, full-time position for candidates in Central or South America, prioritizing hires in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Chile. Salaries are commensurate with experience and location.

About The Role

We\'re hiring Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our growing Engineering department. Our product capabilities are expanding to digitalize and streamline the materials procurement process for our customers and their suppliers. This role includes :

• Shipping key aspects of our application
• Contributing to engineering, product, and company roadmaps
• Co-owning the delivery of a product that transforms the construction industry
• Contributing to Kojo\'s engineering culture through process improvement, learning sessions, and participation in hiring

What You\'ve Accomplished

6+ years of shipping high-quality software in a fast-paced environment; expertise with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL; B.S. in CS or related field or equivalent experience; clean and performant code; ability to contribute across the stack; and influence as a team member through teaching, hiring, system design, code review, etc.

What You Care About

This is an entirely remote, full-time position for candidates who currently reside in Central or South America, prioritizing hires in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Chile. Commensurate with experience and location, the salary range for this position is between $65,000-$80,000 USD.
