Overview
Sunland Group is actively seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Planning & Performance Lead to strengthen the operational backbone of our luxury real estate developments. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, monitoring, and performance of multiple projects, ensuring they remain on track, within the budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Based in our Santiago, Chile office, this role provides a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the success of Sunland Group’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and consolidate project schedules and budgets, maintaining a Master Gantt and Master Budget, and monitor performance across initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks, quantify their impact, and design effective mitigation strategies with clear visibility for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of priorities, resources, and timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, project planning, or similar leadership roles within the construction sector.Advanced proficiency in MS Project (or Gantt equivalents), MS Excel / Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint.Advanced proficiency in English for effective business communication.Project management certification (PMP or similar) is highly valued.Willingness to travel internationally to South Florida at least once a year.What We Expect

Proven professional experience in construction-related project planning, management, or performance monitoring roles, with at least 3 years of experience.A strong educational background in engineering, construction, or project management disciplines.Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and budgets, consolidating them into coherent master plans that drive execution.Advanced technical proficiency with project management and data analysis tools, particularly MS Project, MS Excel / Google Sheets, and MS PowerPoint.Strong English communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with US-based teams.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, supported by strong negotiation and leadership skills to advocate for the project’s best interests.How to apply
