This role requires fluency in Professional English, excellent technical design skills, and proven experience delivering modular or offsite projects in a collaborative, BIM-led environment. You will work on modular and steel-frame projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, contributing to efficient, sustainable infrastructure and industrial builds.

Construction and Civil EngineeringKey Responsibilities
Lead or support the design of steel modular structures for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projectsDeliver fully coordinated BIM models and detailed structural documentation using Revit, Tekla, or similar toolsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP, architectural, and construction partnersEnsure compliance with Eurocodes, UK, and Irish building regulations and client specificationsProvide technical input during construction, including inspections and issue resolutionCollaborate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure efficient offsite-to-onsite deliverySupport planning, sequencing, and constructability analysis using BIMQualifications
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or related discipline)Minimum 7 years' experience in steel structural engineering, including modular or offsite constructionMinimum 7 years’ experience using BIM, including Revit and / or Tekla StructuresStrong knowledge of steel design principles and modular construction systemsUnderstanding of Eurocodes and related structural design standardsExperience across both design and construction phases of deliveryFluent in Professional English, both written and spokenAbility and willingness to work on projects across Ireland, UK, and mainland EuropeRight to work in the EU or UK (visa sponsorship may be considered)Experience with offsite manufacturing coordination or DfMAFamiliarity with NEC / FIDIC contractsKnowledge of sustainability and low-carbon structural systemsInvolvement in logistics and installation planning for modular componentsHow to Apply
