In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and managing our organization's project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maximize value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organization's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation to successful completion
• Analyze project and portfolio performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization
• Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide executive-level reporting on project and portfolio status
• Identify and mitigate risks at both project and portfolio levels
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure project and portfolio success
• Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet organizational objectives
