Job Summary
As Controlling Lead (Chile) , you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and business performance across the organization. Acting as a business partner to both local leadership and regional teams, you will be responsible for managing controlling processes, driving operational efficiency, and delivering meaningful insights that support strategic decision‑making.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and oversee monthly closings, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to management to support performance tracking.
- Monitor budget execution and ensure variance analysis with clear action plans.
- Guarantee compliance with Group accounting and controlling standards (IFRS).
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to support profitability analysis and cost optimisation.
- Prepare management reports and ensure alignment with regional reporting standards.
- Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance controlling processes and tools.
Certification Requirements
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent preferred.CPA or similar qualification is a plus.Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Master’s degree or MBA desirable.Work Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis.Proven experience working in multinational or matrix organisations.Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial modelling, and performance management.Languages
Spanish : native or fluent proficiency.English : advanced (written and spoken) – required for regional collaboration.Competencies
