We’re looking for five experienced and motivated Maintenance Services Managers to lead specialist disciplines within our dynamic Estates Department at University Hospital Monklands.
These Key Leadership Roles Include
You’ll oversee operational delivery, statutory compliance, and planned maintenance activities, ensuring the hospital’s critical engineering systems run safely and efficiently. Working closely with technical staff, senior management, and external partners, you’ll contribute to the sustainability and resilience of one of Scotland’s most forward‑looking acute hospitals.
What We’re Looking For
Professionally qualified engineers or building services specialists with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. You’ll have proven experience managing technical teams, contractors, and compliance frameworks within healthcare or similar environments.
