Location : University Hospital Monklands, NHS Lanarkshire, NHS Scotland.

Role Overview

Join our Estates & Facilities team to help shape the future of NHS Lanarkshire. You will work in a dynamic, complex acute hospital environment to support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Services Managers in delivering safe, reliable, and compliant engineering services across the hospital estate.
• Assist with contract management, maintenance planning, and statutory compliance – particularly across water safety and related building services.
• Audit and manage contractor performance to ensure adherence to standards.
• Contribute proactively to service improvement initiatives.
