H&S Analyst Chile (Contractor) based in Santiago, Chile . Contribute to a safe, compliant, and healthy office environment by supporting Health & Safety initiatives across all office operations. The H&S Analyst is responsible for identifying risks, implementing preventive measures, and coordinating with internal teams to promote employee well-being and a strong culture of safety in administrative settings.

What you will do

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of H&S policies and procedures for office environments.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and ergonomic evaluations in office settings.
• Coordinate and deliver training on office safety, emergency preparedness, ergonomics, and wellness.
• Record, monitor, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
• Act as the first point of contact for office-related H&S queries, ensuring smooth communication with employees and managers.
• Partner with the People team to roll out wellness initiatives, health campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Prepare reports and maintain H&S documentation, providing metrics and insights to management.
• Assist during internal and external H&S audits.
• Stay current with regulations and best practices for administrative and office work environments.
