PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

• Ayudar con la gestión de la lista de turnos y garantizar que se supervisen todas las métricas de las operaciones.
• Ayudar con la gestión de las escaladas de turnos de los clientes.
• Apoyar todas las métricas clave y gestiona las situaciones.
• Contribuir a garantizar que los servicios cumplan con los niveles de acuerdo de nivel de servicio (SLA) establecidos.
• Garantizar que los entregables operativos permitan una entrega rentable y centrada en el cliente que cumpla con los SLA.
• Supervisar la eficacia operativa de los servicios de apoyo y desarrolla e implementa los planes de mejora necesarios.
