We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

As the Cloud Partner Success Manager, you will bring experience in Account Management and have a passion for Data Protection and Cyber Security. You will work as part of the Inside Sales Channel Management organization and aligned with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your main goals will be to drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increase adoption of new services, and retain partners and create a best in class partner experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners and develop relationships with key decision makers, maintaining a regular and prioritized contact frequency.
  • Align with Acronis Cloud Distributors for joint activities, enable the channel, and drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners.
  • Train new and existing partners on products, support daily business and technology development, and guide them through onboarding and enablement with all necessary knowledge, resources, and tools.
  • Perform account planning with all managed partners, tailoring details based on partner engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness.
  • Motivate partners to sell Acronis services to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and help them retain existing customers.
  • Drive partner satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Drive successful upsell / cross‑sell initiatives to increase new services attach rate.
  • Engage and orchestrate internal resources (Presales, Technical Support) to support partner growth.
  • Profile each partner’s vendor and tool usage and record the information in Partner Passport.
  • Own partner lifecycle management, maintaining regular educational and evangelistic activities.
  • Key KPIs : Total revenue from signed partners, churn rate, and number of Acronis services sold through the partner.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Manager, or similar).
  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with strong knowledge of industry practices and protocols.
  • In‑depth channel and field‑sales experience and understanding of the cloud‑market business model.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Strong internal customer focus and a desire to learn all aspects of the business.
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking ability.
  • Collaborative, team‑player with a commitment to succeed and a never‑give‑up attitude.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
