You're comfortable with tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace and can master new accounting software with ease.Your written and spoken English is strong and professional (C1)You are exceptionally process-oriented and have a fanatical attention to detail. You don't just follow checklists; you help improve them.What You'll Do : As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be the engine of your pod, responsible for the day-to-day financial management of a portfolio of U.S. clients.Full-Cycle Bookkeeping : Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including accurately categorizing all bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online.Month-End Close : Execute the complete month-end close process, including performing all bank and credit card reconciliations, posting journal entries, and ensuring the accuracy of all balance sheet accounts.Financial Reporting : Prepare standard monthly financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, etc.) for review by the Account Manager.Process Excellence : Meticulously follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using our project management tool, Asana.Internal Collaboration : Work closely with your Account Manager and pod members, communicating via Slack to ask questions, provide updates, and solve problems as a team.
