The
Marketing Specialist
will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing and communication strategies defined by the Marketing and Communications Leader, contributing initiative, analytical skills, and operational management to help achieve the department's objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Recommend and propose marketing and sales strategies for product launches and throughout their lifecycle, in alignment with the guidelines set by the Marketing and Communications Leader.
- Analyze data from existing marketing activities, evaluate their performance, and propose more effective and profitable strategies.
- Research consumer insights, identify key factors driving market success, and monitor competitors' product roadmaps.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify market growth opportunities.
- Use internal data to identify personalized customer behaviors and optimize segmentation.
- Manage and track the marketing vendor portfolio, ensuring proper administration of internal approval and payment processes, under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Leader.
- Develop and manage social media platforms for the local market, ensuring consistency with the global brand identity.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing content strategies (blogs, white papers, press releases, marketing collateral, etc.).
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Attend industry conferences and marketing events to support the improvement and expansion of the company's brand recognition.
- Maintain active communication with the sales team, providing feedback and support for the implementation of new local marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the HQ Marketing and Brand Center teams to adapt and implement global brand strategies and requirements in the local market.
- Perform other related duties as required by the Marketing and Communications Leader.
Minimum Requirements
At least two years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administration-related position.Strong command of English, with the ability to proofread at a professional level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Knowledge of basic Adobe Suite tools (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).Ability to use Canva or similar design and content creation platforms.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.Experience at solar B2B organization strongly preferredEducation or Desired License and Certificates
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Additional certifications in digital marketing, graphic design, or data analysis will be considered a plus.Competencies
