As Head of the Dashboard Team, you will lead, grow and work hands-on with a multidisciplinary team building Yuno’s dashboard experience—the interface our customers and internal teams rely on daily to monitor payments, routing, and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the Dashboard Team, including frontend, backend and design professionals
• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of Yuno’s Dashboard — from UX / UI design to backend integration and data visualization
• Be hands-on in architecture, coding and reviewing pull requests to ensure high-quality, performant and secure applications
• Partner closely with Product, Data and Operations teams to define requirements, KPIs and priorities for dashboard features
• Set and enforce best practices in coding standards, testing, CI / CD and observability for dashboard components
• Champion usability and performance of the dashboard to deliver a world-class user experience to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting user feedback and analytics to inform new iterations and roadmap decisions
