Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our legal team as a Research and Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate has experience conducting legal research, managing marketing campaigns, and supporting client outreach initiatives. This role supports attorneys and case managers by providing accurate research, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring effective communication with potential and current clients.

By proactively conducting research, organizing marketing activities, and supporting client engagement, this position saves valuable time for legal staff and enhances efficiency, accuracy, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and market research to support attorneys and case managers.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including newsletters, social media posts, and client communications.
• Maintain and update client databases, mailing lists, and marketing records in platforms such as Clio or PracticePanther.
• Draft reports and summaries based on research findings and marketing campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Support legal staff with document preparation, client research, and marketing analytics.
