The adecuado candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for interpreters across multiple languages, with a focus on achieving daily and weekly recruitment targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate records.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.Track recruitment KPIs (e.g., candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, hires made). Provide an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.QualificationsProven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in BPO, interpretation, or language services.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
