This position offers a pathway for career development within one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.What You Will DoExecute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.Correctly obtain information related to the profile and assignment of the required openings.Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.Present candidates to clients and leads.Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify farming possibilities in the different accounts.Propose improvements to the staffing and recruiting processes.What We Are Looking ForProven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.3+ years of experience in Staffing or Project Management.Advanced English level.At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.What We Offer100% remote work (from anywhere).
