About the role
As a BDR at Axxis you will be responsible for the first contact with prospects (inbound + outbound) and for generating high-quality, ICP-fit meetings for the AEs. You will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and account penetration using prospecting tools and having disciplined filling up the CRM.
Objective : Generate qualified pipeline for the AEs by converting inbound and outbound into ICP-fit meetings and sales-accepted opportunities, and pipeline best practices.
Minimum qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as BDR / SDR in B2B SaaS / technology(Must)
- Proven track record of overachieving (meetings / pipeline targets)
- Strong organization and CRM best practices
- Comfortable working with remote teams and time zones
- Fluent in English (Spanish and / or Arabic is a strong plus depending on region)
Preferred qualifications
- Startup / Tech experience
- Experience in regulated markets(insurance, fintech, core systems)
- Named-account prospecting experience
Responsibilities
- Run targeted outbound campaigns to named ICP accounts.
- Qualify and route inbound requests using Axxis’ ICP criteria.
- Generate qualified meetings per month with the right stakeholders.
- Build stakeholder maps (multi-thread) and expand contacts inside target accounts.
- Create Sales Accepted Opportunities on CRM.
- Maintain pipeline in CRM : last meaningful contact, next step date mainly.
- Share weekly learnings (objections, triggers, messaging that converts).
