Our team culture values innovative thinking, diversity, creativity, listening and working collaboratively with all team members.ResponsibilitiesWrites detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and system design documentsConducts thorough business process analysis and identifies areas for improvementDevelops and maintains process flow diagrams, use cases, and user storiesFacilitates requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translates business needs into technical requirementsPerforms data analysis using data in different formats and from various platformsValidates results by quality assurance testing and the coordination of user-acceptance testingProvides Change Management and training support for end users and maintains relevant documentationEngages on integration projects with varying degrees of complexity and business criticality, partnering closely with various business unitsPerforms risk management to minimize potential risks. Reports risks and issues and escalates to management as neededIdentifies opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gainsCreates E2E workflow process diagrams, wireframes, mapping documents, functional specifications, ERDs, and logical data modelsUses JIRA / Confluence to document integration requirements, workflow processes, issues, meeting notes and test casesClearly articulates both problems and proposed solutionsTracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsAdjusts to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change based on project timelinesManages vendor relationships and facilitates communication between various cross-functional teamsOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNoJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field (Equivalent experience is acceptable)5-7 years of work experience as a Business Systems AnalystExperience supporting full Agile and Waterfall software development lifecyclesKnowledge and hands-on creation of key artifacts including use cases, user stories, workflows, ERD, user acceptance criteria, configuration stories, business / functional / technical specifications, timelines, roadmaps, Gantt charts and presentationsExperience in triaging application issues for multiple systemsMust have ability to communicate, motivate and organize projects throughout the companyAdvanced analytical capabilityAdvanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsExperience in Alteryx, Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Smartsheet and Excel is a plusFluent in English and Spanish (bilingual requirement)Experience with integration mapping specifications is a plusAbout SkechersSkechers (NYSE : SKX), a general, Fortune 500 brand develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
