Community Manager in Santiago Metropolitan Region - Chile

Queritel is a data collection and analytics company helping food and beverage and CPG brands gather product and consumer analytics data across Latin America and the Caribbean region. We are looking for a community manager in Chile.

About This Job

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in growing our local community of people using our data collection and store management applications.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Connect with potential users and conduct sensitization activities.
  • Liaise with development and sales departments.
  • Build relationships with users.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
  • Experience planning and leading community events.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPI's.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver.
  • BSc in marketing or relevant field.
  • Where you'll be

    This role requires continuous presence in Santiago, Chile.
