Location

Latin America Regional office in Santiago, Chile .

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Executive Personal Assistant who will support the Regional Head of PIL South America , a shipping company with presence in LATAM and reporting to Singapore. The Executive Personal Assistant will be a trusted partner, managing executive tasks, coordinating international communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across time zones and teams. This is a high-impact role supporting the Head of Region leading regional strategy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and brings a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Head of the Regional Office's calendar, travel, and communications.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with General Managers across LATAM and other key stakeholders in Singapore HQ.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs in English and Spanish.
  • Prepare and present data needed for studies and projects.
  • Act as liaison between the Head of the Regional Office and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Track strategic initiatives and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years in a senior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. French or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in international or regional roles; shipping / logistics industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools.
