About This Opportunity

We are looking for a FP&A Regional Leader to play a key role in planning and managing the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the LAC region, and monthly reporting to Group Finance, as well as involvement in projects to improve BI and Reporting at this growing company.

Overall accountability

Reporting to the CFO in Latin America. This is an ideal role for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to start the next stage of their career.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Leading the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process; liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the company's financial planning cycle.
• Providing necessary support for the LAC region's monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Group; liaising with Group Finance in Canada and colleagues across the LAC business to ensure alignment of accounting policies and delivery of timely and accurate information.
• Administration of the budgeting / forecasting tool.
• Other responsibilities as requested in line with the development of the FP&A function.
